Pre-Listing Inspections

This inspection covers all the same features as our Buyers Inspection, only it’s performed for the homeowner/seller before placing their home on the market. A Pre-Listing Inspection gives you the opportunity to address any issues and offer buyers full-disclosure upfront. 

New Construction Phase Inspections

Warranty Inspections

If you live in a newly built home, your Builder’s Warranty will expire at the end the first year after closing. The one-year warranty expiration date marks your last opportunity to identify, document, and inform your builder of items that need repair or adjustment.

Foundation Level Check 

A concrete slab foundation is in a marriage with the soil that lies underneath it.  If the soil does not stay a consistent moisture, it affects the foundation.  As the soil takes in more moisture it will expand, and as it dehydrates, it will contract. Those movements in the soil eventually put so much stress on the concrete slab that it cracks and that’s when you will begin to notice foundation problems inside your home.
